Online registration
The registration fee is $55. Registration confirmation will be sent via e-mail. Registration includes the following:
- Conference materials, schedules, and information packet
- Refreshment breaks
- Wednesday evening dinner
- Thursday breakfast
- Thursday lunch
Registration deadline is May 14, 2007. After this date, late registration will be at a rate of $85. You may register at the conference.
Location
Check-in will be located on the upper level of the Jack H. Overman Student Center. Signs will be posted for your convenience. All sessions will be held in the Jack H. Overman Student Center on the Pittsburg State University campus.
Special assistance
Pittsburg State University is committed to making program activities accessible to all participants. If you have special requirements due to disabilities or dietary restrictions, indicate your needs on the registration form or contact the Office of Information Services at 620-235-4085 at least three weeks prior to the conference. After this date, we will make every effort to provide assistance, but cannot guarantee that requested services will be available.
Cancellations/Refunds
If you must cancel your registration, do so as soon as possible. Substitutions are encouraged. A full refund, minus a $30 processing fee, will be made if cancellation is received by the Office of Information Services by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, May 18, 2007. After that date refunds will not be granted. For cancellations, email check@pittstate.edu with the subject line "CHECK Conference" or call 620-235-4085.
